I’m inspired by people such as Australian Interiors Stylist Sibella Court because she embraces everyday objects even with their imperfections, that may of also been well loved and subsequently have a story.

Its embarrassing but I actually get alot of enjoyment out of watching the English television show Antiques Roadshow because again I love something that is unusual with a sense of history.

I’m a member of the National Art Gallery in my state and I find I walk away inspired by the masters after visiting an exhibition there. Otherwise for contemporary artists I will visit the Heide art museum which is local to me.

Fashion Consultant Natalie Joos and her blog Tales of Endearment. I think mostly for her love of colour and pattern which I also share and I think can determine the images I post on this blog..

I’m also really drawn to the clean, simplistic and elegant style of Scandinavian design.
